The Prensal Blanc grapes are harvested in mid-September. The Chardonnay and Moscatel grapes were harvested earlier, in mid-August.
The must is extracted using pneumatic presses, which limits the pressure used to obtain the premium free-run juice.
Once impurities are removed from the must, fermentation begins with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature not exceeding 17ºC.
Bottled at the end of February 2025.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Aroma: Prominent varietal aromas with notes of white-fleshed fruit (apple, banana, peach), tropical fruits (pineapple), and citrus (grapefruit). Features light floral and herbaceous notes, such as fennel.
Palate: Intense, rich, flavorful, fresh, balanced, and persistent.
Serving Recommendation Serve at a maximum temperature of 8ºC to fully enhance its sensory characteristics.
